OEM Fuel Tanks
How Does the Fuel Move From the Tank to the Engine?
Fuel is pulled from the fuel tank and forced via fuel lines by the fuel pump, which holds gasoline or diesel fuel. In modern cars, electric fuel pumps are standard. The fuel then passes through a filter to remove impurities and debris. When the air-fuel mixture reaches the combustion chambers, the engine is started by igniting it. Additional components like the fuel pressure regulator, fuel rail, and engine control unit (ECU) ensure efficient fuel delivery and optimal engine performance.

Fuel Injectors
Fuel injectors supply fuel directly to the intake manifold or combustion chamber. They are controlled by the ECU, ensuring precise fuel delivery for maximum efficiency and engine performance.
Fuel Pumps
Fuel is delivered at lower pressures by fuel pumps, which are powered by the engine's camshaft and are commonly found in older cars with carbureted engines.
